Fitness Fridays with Tyler Saunders

If you're looking for a challenge, Tyler Saunders has you covered! A pioneer leading the way for inclusivity in UK fitness venues, a qualified adaptive fitness trainer, and the visionary behind Gymshark's Adaptive Throwdown in London. Tyler has recorded sixteen YouTube training circuits for LimbPower, specifically designed for amputees and people with limb differences. These circuits start easy and gradually increase in intensity—I love Circuit 12! The sessions focus on building full-body strength, core stability, and overall fitness. They can be done with or without wearing your prosthesis.

Fiona Callanan's Adapted 4-Beat Meditation and Yoga Sessions.
We are excited to announce that Movao will launch a new Yoga Series with Fiona Callanan in spring 2025! But you don't have to wait until then to get your New Year yoga fix—check out Fiona's 4-Beat Meditation and Yoga Series on YouTube. Incorporating at least one weekly yoga session into your fitness routine can be life-changing. For amputees, strengthening core and back muscles is essential for mobility, and yoga is a fantastic way to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. It also provides mental well-being and clarity—a moment to find calm and recharge for the week ahead.
