Win an exclusive ticket to Hari Budha Magar's Conquering Dreams book launch
We have a very exciting opportunity for three Movao members to win a exclusive ticket to Hari Budha Magar’s long-awaited Conquering Dreams book launch.
Hosted by the team at Palo Alto Networks, this special evening will give guests the opportunity to hear about Hari’s incredible journey completing the Seven Summits, ask him questions and be among the first to discover his inspirational new book.
Conquering Dreams shares Hari’s remarkable story of overcoming disability and prejudice while taking on some of the world’s most iconic mountains.
In January 2026, Hari became the first double above-knee amputee to complete the Seven Summits, reaching the highest peak on every continent.
Through this extraordinary challenge, Hari set out to raise awareness of disability, change perceptions and demonstrate what can be achieved through purpose, determination and adaptation.
His mission is not only to challenge how others perceive people with disabilities, but also to encourage people to reconsider what they believe is possible for themselves.
By completing the Seven Summits, Hari hoped to inspire others “to climb their own mountains and conquer their dreams, whatever they may be.”
Alongside his monumental achievement of summiting Mount Everest, the world’s highest mountain at 8,849 metres, Hari has continued to blaze new trails for people with disabilities.
He has set numerous world records on some of the highest mountains in the world, kayaked around the Isle of Wight, completed multiple skydives, paraglided, bungee jumped and para-skied. He has also competed internationally in swimming, wheelchair table tennis and archery.
Hari has received an MBE for his work raising disability awareness and won a Pride of Britain Award. The release of Conquering Dreams marks the next exciting chapter in his journey.

Speaking about the book, Hari said:
“I’m super excited to tell my story. Conquering Dreams was the name of my Mount Everest expedition. To climb Mount Everest was my childhood dream; later, this became the name of my Seven Summits expeditions.
“I don’t climb mountains to become famous, make money or win awards; I climb to raise awareness of disability and inspire others to climb their own mountains and conquer their dreams, whatever they may be. Through this book, I hope to continue to do so.
“I may have lost my legs, but I found my purpose. Once we find our purpose, nothing can stop us. I hope people will enjoy reading about my journey, which will help create greater awareness of disability and inspire others.
“Life is all about adaptation, and nothing is impossible.”
Rebecca Legon and members of the Ottobock team will also be attending the launch. We cannot wait to meet the winning Movao members and celebrate this very special evening alongside Hari and his team.
